Your visit time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit without notice leaves a spot that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a one-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your visit. Clients who provide less than a one-hour notice, or miss their appointment without notice, will be charged the full deposit amount for that visit. No exceptions. If cancelled appropriately, a refund of that deposit amount will be made.
